Orders will ship within 2-4 business days after receipt and payment. We do ship from Canada. 

Due to recent regulatory changes in the United States, all shipments entering the U.S. are now subject to customs duties and taxes, regardless of order value. These fees must be paid before your order can be released and delivered.

To ensure a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience, all applicable customs duties and taxes are included in our shipping rate. This means there will be no additional fees upon delivery — we take care of everything in advance so your package arrives without delays or unexpected charges.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we do accept returns for all new, unused, in the original packaging on products purchased in the last 20 days.

All return must have a return number, email us to get yours as well as full address to send your product back. 

Shipping fees paid are not refundable + shipping fees to send it back are at your expense and required a trackable service.

All received + inspected returns will be refunded usually after 1-2 days.
