Orders will ship within 1-2 business days after receipt and payment. We do ship from Canada.
Due to recent regulatory changes in the United States, all shipments entering the U.S. are now subject to customs duties and taxes, regardless of order value. These fees must be paid before your order can be released and delivered.
To ensure a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience, all applicable customs duties, brokerage fees, and taxes are included in our shipping rate. This means there will be no additional fees upon delivery — we take care of everything in advance so your package arrives without delays or unexpected charges.

Canada We offer several shipping options across Canada to fit your needs:
- Standard (3–9 business days): $3.95 for orders under $65 · $5.95 for orders $65–$99 · Free for orders $100 and over
- Express (1–2 business days): $30.00
United States All U.S. orders ship with duties, taxes, and brokerage fees already included in the shipping cost — no surprise charges at the door.
- Orders up to $25.99: $6.99
- Orders $26.00–$59.98: $12.99
- Orders $59.99–$174.99: $29.99
- Orders $175.00 and over: Free shipping

International Do you live outside of Canada or Usa ? We ship worldwide! Since shipping rates fluctuate depending on your location and the size of your parcel, we prefer to provide a fair, customized quote. Reach out to us at helloyou@uniklook.com to get your estimate.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we do accept returns for all new, unused, in the original packaging on products purchased in the last 20 days.
All return must have a return number, email us to get yours as well as full address to send your product back.
Shipping fees paid are not refundable + shipping fees to send it back are at your expense and required a trackable service.
All received + inspected returns will be refunded usually after 1-2 days.
